'This was Brody’s first-ever basketball experience and it was fantastic!  He had a great time and is looking forward to taking skills camps this summer to improve.  I observed that your coaching style was very motivating.  You also took into account the inherent sensitivities of boys at this age and what kind of feedback they need to stay optimistic and happy about the game.  Sports have a lot of distractions to deal with these days and I appreciate the time, effort, energy, and passion you put into your coaching.  Brody would love to continue to be a part of the team. Thank YOU so much for a great season.  You were such an organized leader. I loved that you had a schedule for practices and kept the kids moving. You also made practice fun by including games. First impressions are huge for kids. Your love for basketball is contagious and you have made such a positive first impression in my kids' lives of this sport. You’ve taught them about being a good athlete and working on their skills.
